Tractor trailer accident slows traffic
All northbound lanes on I-95 closed

CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) - A tractor trailer jack-knifed on I-95 Monday, closing all northbound lanes at exit 16.
The accident happened around 11:30 a.m. As of 1:20 p.m. all lanes have been re-opened.
