CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) -- A technical problem may have lead to a privacy breach at the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training.

Several hundred calls on its unemployment and disability line may have been affected.

Callers may have been able to hear parts of others callers' conversations. As a result, the phone system has been temporarily shut down.
