WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) -- Warwick Police say they've arrested a man who was caught stealing metal grates from storm drains.
The suspect, who officers have not identified, tried to get away. However, he struck another car on Cowesett Road around 11:30 Friday morning. The person whose car he hit was not injured.
Authorities have not said what charges the man will face.
