WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) – Rhode Island State Police arrest a local man following an investigation by the Internet Crimes against Children Unit.
Thomas Taylor, 25, of Gough Avenue, West Warwick was arrested Friday morning.
Taylor is charged with indecent solicitation of a child and procurement of sexual conduct for a fee.
He was arraigned at Kent County Court in Warwick.
