WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) - A judge is expected to make a ruling Friday in the social host trial of a former Chariho school committee member.
Terri Serra is accused of hosting an underage drinking party at her Richmond home last Fall, on the same night four Chariho High School students were injured in a car crash
Serra arrived at the scene of the crash before police, and she reportedly yelled at them but failed to help them, later leaving.
She has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
