EAST GREENWICH, R.I. (WPRI)-- The Greenwich Odeum in East Greenwich will turn its lights back on after being closed for 5 years.
The theater will hold a grand re-opening on Saturday night with a celebration of Rhode Island performing artists.
Odeum closed in 2007 when it couldn't afford to bring it's 1926 building up to code. Over $200 thousand in grants and donations helped to fund the historic building's reopening.
Door's will open at 7:30pm on Saturday night.
