CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) -- An early-morning stabbing is under investigation in Cranston.
Both Cranston and Providence Police responded to a home on Farmington Avenue around 3:00 a.m. Sunday. At least one person was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
The Providence Journal reports that the victim, 31 year-old Yabear Martinez, was stabbed outside a restaurant on Pocasset Avenue in Providence and went to a house on Farmington Avenue in Cranston, where police found him.
He was taken to the hospital with knife wounds that are not believed to be life-threatening.
