CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) - Rhode Island State Police have charged another inmate at the Adult Correctional Institutions with helping another inmate escape earlier this week.

Nayquan Gadson was mistakenly released from the ACI Intake Center in Cranston on Tuesday. He was reportedly posing as Tarnue Segbeyan, 22, who was scheduled to be released on bail.

Police say Segbeyan and Gadson switched prison cells, and Segbeyan gave Gadson his ID.

Segbeyan has been charged with conspiracy and aiding and abetting.
