CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) - Lawyers on both sides of the Cranston prayer banner battle have agreed on conditions for the display.

The city is still deciding whether to appeal a judge's ruling for it to come down.

In the meantime, the banner must remain covered with wood.

If the city appeals the ruling, the wood must be painted the same color as the wall.

But if the city doesn't appeal, the banner must come down.

The terms still need to be approved by a judge.
