COVENTRY, R.I. (WPRI) - Five Rhode Islanders are facing charges following a four-month undercover drug investigation.

Coventry Police say detectives posed as drug buyers and bought a variety of prescription drugs from the suspects.

Coventry and West Warwick Police teamed up to arrest the five suspects:

  • 55-year-old Helen Manish of Coventry
  • 40-year-old Donielle Reynolds of West Warwick
  • 42-year-old Erik Reynolds of West Warwick
  • 58-year-old Larry Potter of Coventry
  • 48-year-old Lynn Bennett of Coventry

All five were arraigned Thursday on charges of drug possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy.  Manish, Reynolds, and Reynolds were ordered held without bail.  Bail was set at $10,000 with surety for Potter.  Bennet's case was transferred to Superior Court for a bail review.
