BROCKTON, Mass. (WPRI) -- Two local men wanted in connection with a gruesome triple homicide in Bangor have been captured and appeared in two separate courts Thursday.
Nicholas Sexton, 31, of Warwick, was arrested by a tactical team in Brockton early Thursday morning. He appeared in a Brockton courtroom and according to court documents, he's fighting extradition back to Maine.
On Wednesday, Randall "Ricky" Daluz, 34, of Brockton, waived his extradition right and was transported back to Bangor, where he pleaded not guilty.
Both men are facing three counts of knowing or intentional murder and one count of arson in the deaths of two men and a woman in their twenties. All three had been shot and found inside a flaming car with Rhode Island plates back in August.
Sexton will be back in court in Brockton on Oct. 31 for his extradition hearing.
