EAST GREENWICH (WPRI) – As Hurricane Sandy approaches, many Rhode Islanders are preparing, knowing the potential for severe weather exists.
Boaters in Greenwich Cove took advantage of Saturday’s nice weather and calm waters to haul their boats out before Sandy arrives.
Many boaters say the season was ending anyway, and it’s safer to get their boats on land rather than keep it in the water.
