WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) - Police have arrested two people in connection to vandalism at a Warwick Synagogue.
Ryan N. Johnson, 20, of Warwick and a juvenile were charged with committing the crime.
Symbols of hate were found spray-painted on the Temple Am David on Gardiner Street Thursday. The graffiti included a backwards swastika and a racial slur.
Investigators do not believe the crime was motivated by hatred, but the Attorney Generals’ office is reviewing the case to determine if there will be additional charges.
