RICHMOND, R.I. (WPRI) -- Rhode Island State Police arrested a South Attleboro man for his third DUI Saturday evening.
Thomas J. Eaton, 43, was pulled over on Rt. 3 in Richmond. He registered a BAC of .362 and .356.
Eaton is charged with Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs as well as Driving with a Suspended License. He is being held at AIC.
Eaton was previously arrested and charged for DUI by Westerly police in 2005 and again in 2006.
Rhode Island State Police received a 911 call from an off-duty Connecticut State Trooper reporting a possible drunk driver.
