WAKEFIELD, R.I. (WPRI)- The trial of a former Chariho school committee member, charged with violating the social host law, is set to begin Thursday.
Terri Serra was arrested last October after four teenagers were seriously injured in a car crash.
The teens had just left an underage drinking party at Serra's home.
She is also facing charges for showing up at the scene of the crash and not calling 9-1-1.
