WESTERLY, R.I. (WPRI) -- Another person has been charged with violating Rhode Island's social host law.

Police say they responded to reports of a fight on Summer Street on New Year's morning.

This past weekend, police arrested 43-year-old Belinda Campo, who is accused of allowing underage drinking in her apartment that night.

Police say that Campo, who was not present for all of the evening, knew there was underage drinking taking place in her apartment.
