WESTERLY, R.I. (WPRI) - A Westerly man, reported missing Monday night, has been found.
Police found 83-year-old Donald Scharfenberg around 4:15 am Tuesday on Interstate 95 in Connecticut.
He had last been seen leaving his resident on Evergreen Ln. in Westerly around 9 pm Monday.
