SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) - A suspected bank robber is under arrest, following at hold-up in South Kingstown Friday morning.
Police say a man walked into the Citizens Bank on Main Street around 9 A.M. Friday, and passed the teller a note demanding cash.
A short time later, a suspect was arrested while riding a bicycle on Columbia Street.
He's identified as 24-year-old Harley Traverse of Holyoke, Massachusetts.
Police tell us Traverse had cash and a note on him when he was caught.
