NH man arrested after rollover crash

Police: Suspect refused chemical test

NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) -- Police arrested a New Hampshire man following a rollover in North Kingstown.

Emergency crews were called to the scene on Tower Hill Road around 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning for a reported rollover. Officers tell Eyewitness News two people were in the car when it flipped.

The driver has been identified as 29 year-old Paul Lawler of Swanzey, New Hampshire. He was transported to the hospital by ambulance with non life-threatening injuries.

Lawler has been charged with driving under the influence, and refusing a chemical test.
