Funeral home fire under investigation
Second and third floors were damaged by the flames

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WPRI)- Fire officials are investigating after a three alarm fire at an old funeral home.
Flames broke out in the building at the intersection of Wing and Purchase Streets around five Thursday night.
Fire crews tell Eyewitness News that the flames spread from the second to the third floor and part of the roof collapsed.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
