FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) -- Additional charges have been brought against a man accused of murdering a woman in her car in Fall River.

Brandyn LePage, 20, was indicted by a grand jury Friday on charges of murder, armed robbery, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Prosecutors said that on Sept. 29 he shot 31-year-old Aja Pascual in the back of the head, then searched her pockets. They're calling it a drug deal gone bad.

According to Bristol County District Attorney Sam Sutter, while conducting search warrants ahead of LePage's arrest,  investigators found blood-spattered clothing and a .38 caliber handgun, which had one round fired from the chamber. DNA collected from the gun matched a DNA sample taken from the suspect.

LePage is currently being held at the Bristol County House of Corrections.
