SEEKONK, Mass. (WPRI) -- Officers are on the lookout for a suspect accused of robbing a Seekonk bank last Friday.

Police have released a surveillance photo of the man, who's suspected of robbing the Citizens Bank branch located inside the Stop and Shop supermarket on Route 6.

The suspect is described as a white male in his thirties or forties, standing about 5'7" with a thin build and a light beard. During the time of the robbery, he was wearing a long-sleeved camouflage shirt, blue jeans, thick-rimmed glasses, a Virginia Hokies baseball cap and a brown wig.

The man used a note to commit the crime and indicated that he was armed, but no weapon was shown.

Police believe he's the same man that robbed the Rockland Trust in Somerset later that day.

Anyone with information regarding the suspect is asked to contact the Seekonk Police Department at (508) 336-7027.
