NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) -- Police arrested a woman accused of taking her two-year-old on a shoplifting spree.

The Sun Chronicle reports that Nely Ventura stole $700 worth of children's clothes from the Macy's at the Emerald Square Mall.

Investigators say she placed the items into another store's shopping bag, while walking around with her daughter in a stroller.

She is scheduled to be arraigned on larceny charges next month.
