FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) -- Charges have been filed in the death of a Fall River city worker.
The Fall River Herald News reports James Murray has been charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Last June , 63 year old Manuel Marques was working on a traffic light in his bucket truck. That's when authorities say Murray's tractor trailer struck the bottom of the bucket, causing Marques to fall 15 feet to the groud. He later died at Rhode Island Hospital.
If convicted, Murray faces up to two years in prison.
