(WPRI) -- Rhode Island is seeing an increased demand for new home listings, and RE/MAX of New England is encouraging potential sellers to list their homes now instead of waiting for springtime.

Karl Martone of RE/MAX joined Eyewitness News This Morning to discuss this year's market as compared to last year's.
