Test registers over four times the legal limit

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- The Rhode Island State Police arrested a driver for Operating under the influence following a car crash in Providence.

Noe Guiterrez, 29, of Providence, was arrested after a two-car accident on Superior Street. He was suspected of being under the influence and was taken to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for investigation.

Guiterrez agreed to a breathalyzer test at the barracks. On his first test, he registered a .385 percent blood alcohol content, more than four times the legal limit of .08. His second breath test registered a .379 percent blood alcohol content.

He was held overnight and was arraigned in Sixth Division District Court.
