PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- Before a sold out crowd, Democratic candidates for Rhode Island's 1st Congressional District, Rep. David Cicilline and challenger Anthony Gemma, squared off Tuesday night for the Eyewitness News Campaign 2012 debate.
