WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WPRI) - A convicted sex offender dubbed "the foot-licker" is currently being held without bail as a probation violator.
According to The Providence Journal , Raymond Dublin was arrested Thursday on charges of disorderly conduct.
He is accused of performing a lewd act in a group meeting with a woman police say he made advances toward.
Dublin, 45, is known for licking women's feet in Woonsocket area stores back in 2002.
