PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - The Rhode Island Supreme Court will hear the city of Pawtucket's appeal on a police officer convicted of exposing himself.
Pawtucket officials want to fire Nicholas Laprade. He's been suspended with pay since his arrest in 2010, but he's been able to keep his job.
In November 2012, Eyewitness News learned Pawtucket had spent $140,000 in legal fees and Laprade's salary.
