The office of Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Kilmartin wants to make it a little easier for you to make an official consumer complaint with the state.
The A.G.'s office now has its consumer complaint forms on its website, where previously, you'd been forced to write it out by hand.
"Because of the large volume of emails received daily, there may be a delay in responding to your message," the site warns -- so patience will help.
If you'd like to send a note to a particular division, or to Kilmartin himself, you're advised to use a different, more general form for contacts. Click here for that "Contact Us" form.
