PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A report on the agency that approved the $75 million loan guarantee to 38 Studios is scheduled to be released Tuesday.
The Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council announced it would examine Economic Development Council in the wake of the scandal.
Several EDC members resigned when the problems with Curt Schilling's video game company came to light.
