PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - On the same day officials announced new anti-violence initiatives in Providence , police are investigating another act of violence in the city.
A man was stabbed around 11 p.m. Thursday on Westfield Street.
Police tell Eyewitness News the man was taken to the hospital, but his injuries appeared to be minor.
There's no word so far on any suspects or arrests.
