PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- Travel and parking bans have been put in place in the capital city during the Blizzard of 2013, and residents are asked to remain off the roads while plows work to clean up.
In a press conference this afternoon, Providence Mayor Angel Taveras said he hopes to have the city back up and running by Monday.
