Thurbers Ave. crash ties up Rt. 95
Car ended up down embankment

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - An accident on the Thurbers Ave. exit from Rt. 95 North caused some traffic backup during the morning commute Wednesday.
Emergency crews were called to Exit 18 around 6:30 a.m.
An Eyewitness News crew on scene said it appears a car lost a couple of tires and took out a road sign, before going down an embankment.
A tow truck was called to remove the vehicle.
