Project GOAL scores support
Summer program at Moses Brown School in Providence

PROVIDENCE, R.i. (WPRI) -- Project GOAL is pleased to announce that its 2012 two week summer program at the Moses Brown School will be supported by Pawtucket based Collette Vacations and Citizens Bank.
The program runs from July 23-July 27 and July 30-August 3.
The program will involve academic study and tutoring with certified teachers from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., then soccer training and play from 10:30 a.m. until noon.
Children will be provided free bus transportation by Project GOAL to the summer program and back to bus stops.
Project GOAL, Inc. (Greater Opportunity for Athletes to Learn), is an after-school initiative that partners with the Central Falls School Department, SCOPE/Central Falls School District, Providence School Department, Rhode Island College's M.ED. in Reading program, and the SportsCorps student group at Brown University.
Project GOAL's mission is to leverage the development of New England's disadvantaged inner city youth through after-school tutoring, health education, and soccer-related programs.
