Hamlin pleads not guilty

Accused mastermind of "Operation Deception"

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - The accused mastermind in the Operation Deception investigation pleaded not guilty at his arraignment Friday morning.

Albert Hamlin answered to several drug charges.

State police say Hamlin was the mastermind of the drug ring that involved close to two dozen suspects, including several Providence police officers.
