PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- A Providence convenience store employee helped police nab a trio of shoplifting suspects using a unique strategy.
A worker at the Gano Mini Mart says that three teenagers stole energy drinks from the store. She confronted them, but she says they grabbed her arm, shoved her, and left.
When the boys came back into the store, she locked them all inside and quickly alerted the authorities.
The young suspects were then turned over to police.
