Local fans react to newly surfaced video

Providence, R.I. (WPRI) - Even the Patriots needed to blow off steam following Sunday's Super Bowl loss to the Giants.

Cell phone video has surfaced of Rob Gronkowski and Matt Light dancing at a post Super Bowl party in Indianapolis.

The players joined the group LMFAO on stage during the party just hours after their devastating loss.

Some New England fans are calling the move inappropriate, while others agree it was all in good fun.

"He's just trying to let off some steam from the loss.  I don't really blame him.  He's just trying to have fun," said David Mitt of Providence.

"If I was Bill Belichick I would not be too happy to see my player dancing like that," said Blake Bohlen.

While fans weren't as upset about the dancing, it was the ease at which Gronkowski moved with an ankle sprain.

"You can dance on stage but you couldn't run full speed in the actual game," said Mitt.

"It doesn't seem like the loss is affecting him that much.  Yeah it's pretty upsetting," said Bohlen.
