Man injured after crashing bicycle
A passing car spotted the victim lying in the road

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A local man is recovering after crashing his bicycle in East Providence Sunday evening.
Emergency crews were called to Catamore Boulevard around 8:30 p.m. after a passing car found a man lying in the street.
The man was thrown from his bicycle after hitting something in the roadway.
He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say it is currently unclear exactly what caused the accident.
