PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Rhode Island Lt. Governor Elizabeth Roberts spent her last day at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina with her arm in a sling.

We're told the Lt. Governor broke her arm after taking a spill in downtown Charlotte.

But like a trooper, Roberts continued with her itinerary today.

She is among several Democrats from Rhode Island, including U.S. Senator Jack Reed and House Speaker Gordon Fox attending the convention.
