PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- Immigrant rights organizations will be at the State House Monday, making a request for undocumented immigrants.

The group is calling on Governor Chafee to allow undocumented immigrants the ability to get a Rhode Island driver's license.

States such as Washington, New Mexico, and Utah already allow undocumented immigrants to have state licenses.

Those states don't require proof of citizenship to be granted a driver's license.
