PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A former Providence College basketball player accused of beating up another student has pleaded guilty to felony assault.

James Still faces up to 20 years in prison.

He's scheduled to be sentenced in January.

Still, along with former teammate, Johnnie Lacy, were charged with beating the student in 2010 in an unprovoked, random act of violence.

Lacy is currently serving a three year sentence at the ACI.
