RISPCA: Sick dog found under overpass
Dog was found under Wampanoag Trail overpass

EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A dog was found under the overpass of the Wampanoag Trail near the Rumford Pet Center on Wednesday.
The RISPCA says the dog has a cancerous growth on it's left hind foot and is in need of veterinary care.
"We would love to try and find out if anybody knows who the owner of this dog may be so we can... provide some medical attention to this dog in some way, shape or form," RISPCA President Dr. EJ Finocchio said.
Anyone with information on the dog or owner is asked to contact the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals at (401) 438-8150.
