CRANSTON, R.I. (AP) — Tired of waiting in line at the DMV? Here's your ticket out.

Customers in Rhode Island who bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Toys for Tots campaign to a Division of Motor Vehicles office on Thursday will be given a special return ticket allowing them to go to the front of the line to process their transactions.

The "Toys for Tots Red Return Ticket" will be good for one year.

Donations to the Toys for Tots program are being accepted in Cranston, Wakefield, Woonsocket, Middletown and Melrose Street in Providence. The program is run by the U.S. Marines.
