PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - A Providence man has been charged after a 10 year old boy was shot in the eye with a dart.
Providence police officials confirm to Eyewitness News that Kosal Ek, 27, told them he was using the crossbow to shoot darts into a dart board with another man early Sunday morning.
Ek says he was showing the boy how to use the weapon when the accident happened.
