Apartment homicide victim laid to rest

Michael Martin killed in triple murder last week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - The last of the three triple homicide victims was laid to rest Monday.

Michael Martin, 23, was shot inside a Providence apartment last week , along with Shemeeka Barros, 22, and Damien Colon, 22.

Martin's funeral was held at 9 a.m. from the Nardolillo Funeral Home in Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Church in Cranston.

Services for Barros were held Friday and Colon was laid to rest on Saturday.

No arrests have been made, but police are calling on anyone who may have witnessed anything to come forward.
