1 stabbed on Petteys Ave.

Victim suffered non-life threatening injuries

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- Providence police are investigating an early morning stabbing.

Emergency crews were called to the scene on Petteys Avenue around 1:30 a.m. for a reported stabbing. At least one person was taken to the hospital.

The victim was stabbed in the left arm suffering non-life threatening injuries.

Officials tell Eyewitness News that it was a domestic dispute and they have a warrant out for the suspect.

The identities of the suspect and the victim have no been released.
