PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) - Jury selection is expected to start Monday in the trial of a Providence police officer acused of rape .
Marcus Huffman is charged with raping a woman at an abandoned police substation, then responding to take a report after the woman called 911 from a relative's home.
Lawyers will start picking jurors Monday in Providence Superior Court.
Huffman has been suspended without pay from the department.
The trial comes at a difficult time for the department. Three other officers were arrested in March on drug-related charges.
