PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Lawyers for Club Elements are back in court to determine the troubled nightclub's future.
Providence's Board of Licenses revoked the club's license in February, following a New Years brawl. The board gave two prospective owners until March 12 to submit a detailed plan and to have the license tranferred to them.
Thursday morning's hearing will look to determine whether the club may reopen.
Providence Senior Assistant Solicitor, Kevin McHugh, has filed an objection to Club Elements' motion to stay on the revocation of its license.
