PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) -- In an effort to reduce violence, a local Providence nightclub is beefing up its security.

Last November, two men were stabbed outside of Ada's Creation on Broad Street. To discourage future crimes, the club is taking efforts to improve the area's safety.

According to the Providence Journal, the bar has added more bouncers, created a new dress code and making sure no new customers enter the club after 1 a.m.
